Five Lakes Grill draws food enthusiasts not only from the metro Detroit area, but from throughout the state and across the country.
The man behind this legend is Chef Brian Polcyn, who is one of the country’s highly regarded chefs and charcuterie expert. Polcyn created and managed three of metro Detroit's landmark restaurants, Pike Street Restaurant (1987), Chimayo (1990), and Acadia (1993). His newest restaurant, Forest Grill is located in Birmingham, Michigan.
